The opening ceremony of the 7^th annual school’s sports meeting was held at 8 A.M. on 19^th, October in the ground track field of Changjun Bilingual Experimental School. The Changjun AP Curriculum Center successfully participated in the opening ceremony.

At around 8:20, all senior one students of the AP Center entered the track field in white “superman” costumes. With uniform steps, senior ones were led by four students who, either on skateboard or on solowheeled segway or biwheeled segway,  were waving flags of four classes respectively.

Along with exhilarating songs, senior ones transformed their phalanx and started dancing, which they had practiced for weeks. Facing the platform of the field, the students danced with cadent music and youthful smiles.

After the first matrix of AP Center withdrew, senior two students marched into the ground track field. With four flags on every corner of the phalanx and the pattern “AP”  in the middle composed of 25 students, senior twos revealed complex transformations to the music “We are the champions”, serving as the perfect foil for 20 incredible dancers.

Next, four classes of the senior two performed their own dances to celebrate the sports meeting. All students shouted out loudly their slogan representing their willingness to be industrious and to never forget their motherland while they study abroad.

At 9 A.M., the principal and leader of the sports meeting committee Xu Tiegang addressed a speech delivering his wish for the success of the sports meeting. Following were the pledge of the representative athlete, Mr. Bing Zihao from AP1504 and the representative judge, Mr. Luo Han.

Our friends from Soderport School and FRK School, Sweden also joined the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, the soccer game between students and teachers, together with the teachers’ special sports meeting were held.
